Direct Recruiting Methods
Direct sourcing methods used by YES Partners are required to reach senior candidates who are happy and successful in their careers and who never send out their resumes or look at job boards.

Professional Judgement
The nature of retained search is such that it requires experienced staff to perform the service. The consultants at YES Partners have many years of management level experience and are skilled at assessing the backgrounds of senior executives. 

Fee Schedule

We work on exclusive searches only, not asking for an upfront payment.

This means, we prove to the client (company) first that we can deliver the quality and calibre of candidates.

Single searches are carried out for 30% of the first years’ total cash compensation. Alternatives are available for multiple searches or for Start-ups.

We take the time upfront to thoroughly understand the client’s organization and it’s needs (company vision, culture, management team, reporting lines, job-specification & requirements, scope, time-table...)
 
Shortlist Invoice  
Upon acceptance of the shortlist (3-5 candidates) the first payment is due. (50% of the total estimated fee)
 
Confirmation  
Written confirmation of position, scope, timetable, fees, terms (Service-Agreement). YES Partners starts working on the search immediately upon receipt of the signed Service-Agreement.
 
Strategy  
A consultant and researcher form a strategy for a targeted search (which companies, candidates, industries s.o.)
 
Weekly Reports  
We provide weekly status reports of the progress of the search including feedback from the market.
 
Evaluation  
Thorough interviewing of potential candidates including evaluation, verification of credentials, assessment of strength and weaknesses and their cultural fit.
 
Shortlist  
All qualified candidates are put on the shortlist, which contains a summary and comments as to why YES Partners feels those candidates are suitable. (including their present salary-info)
 
Client Interviews  
YES Partners coordinates and sets up with the Client the candidate interviews.
 
Reference Check  
YES Partners provides a reference check (360°) of selected candidate. (i.e. prior Superiors, Peers and Subordinates)
 
Completion  

The candidate confirms to the client the acceptance of the position. YES Partners continues to assist to acclimatize the candidate in the new position.

 
Smooth Transition  
We follow-up with our client and selected candidate to assist in a smooth integration.
 
Negotiations  
YES Partners assists to facilitate communication between the client and the favored candidate.

Placement Invoice  
Upon acceptance of the position by the candidate the ‘Placement-fee’ Invoice is due. (Balance of 1st payment of the estimated fee to the actual Starting-Package of the final candidate).
